The breakfast bell rang at 8:30 and folks enjoyed scrambled eggs, bacon, toast
and coffee or juice. Great way to start the day. Here are Dick
Ball, Bob Huston, Ken & Janet Gates**
Don Cornell's 2.5" scale narrow gauge loco*
Joe Tanksi and his Pacific*
Joe Tanksi's son running the Pacific*
(L to R) Are Bea Boucher, her daughter-in-law and grand-daughter Ainsley
In the Waushakum shirt is Mike Boucher, James Boucher and Dick. Dick built
the electric speeder for James (and Mike). James took to it like a duck to
water.
And they were off like a herd of turtles!
Dick was manning the switch that allows high line riders to select a track and
volunteered to hold the boys for a few moments.
In the left photo are Ian Fisher & Michele. In the right photo is
Michele, Roy and Eddie. I think that Michele thought I was more than a bit
nuts when I asked her if she would ride the boys on the highline but she was
kind enough to take them along. Thanks Michele!
