The file "toolbit grinding jig.pdf"  is a little fixture I made up
to grind 5/16 toolbits on the surface grinder.  

Easier on the finger tips than grinding from scratch at the 
benchl grinder.  The end of the bit is ground on the bench grinder and all re-sharpening s done on the bench grinder.
