This year the New London (CT) Operation Sail Fest was the same weekend as the LIAP show and I was worried about traffic and congestion getting to and from the ferry to Long Island. But getting to the ferry fro the 7:00AM departure proved no problem and returning on the early afternoon ferry was also no problem. The GPS showed 200 miles from home to Riverhead so the ferry to Orient Point was the easy choice.

Weather was very threatening all day and a downpour occurred after I had left the show grounds so I hope that they exhibitors didn't get washed away!
