The boys scammed Noel into giving them hugs
It is pretty unlikely that I would have traveled to Ohio
for this show by its' self but as luck would have it my wife, Terri, was
going to attend a convention in Cleveland on the same weekend as the
Mid-East Model Engineering Expo. So we loaded up the car and off we went
to Ohio!
I have to make an apology up front. For I can't remember how long I have fought with my camera over flash photos. I always felt they came too dark and have tried endless combinations of settings to cure the problem. I finally found a method of getting brighter pictures but went too far and had a number of photos from this show that were too light. I dealt with them as best I could in software and now know what not to do in the future. Just another reason I think of myself as a picture taker rather than a photographer! The Mid-East show reminded me in many respects of Cabin Fever in the early days when it was sited at Leesport PA. Small, intimate and super friendly. I had a wonderful time chatting with exhibitors, vendors and other show attendees. |
If you see your exhibit or machine and would care to drop me a line or two, or even a paragraph, about it I will be delighted to add your comments to this page. Please send to webmaster@neme-s.org To identify a photo just hover your cursor over the photo and a tag should pop up. Please use the last three digits of the tag to identify the photo. For example if the tag came up DSC03974.jpg (205067 bytes) the info I would need is 974.jpg. If this is a multi page unit the page number would also be useful. |
